Hormonal & Sexual Health

Hormone and sexual wellness care for women and men, always clinician-evaluated.

Hormonal changes rarely announce themselves clearly. They show up as energy that will not come back, sleep that stopped working, mood that feels unfamiliar, or intimacy that has quietly changed.

These are ordinary and answerable. The options below are grouped by who they are generally considered for, and every one of them depends on symptoms, history, and a clinician's evaluation.

Options that may be considered

A licensed clinician reviews your information and determines whether any option is appropriate for you. Nothing on this page is a recommendation, a prescription, or a determination of eligibility.

Women

  • Estradiol — topical/vaginal options

May be considered for symptoms associated with declining estrogen, including hot flashes, vaginal dryness or discomfort, and other menopausal changes.

  • Progesterone — oral

May be incorporated into individualized hormone therapy when clinically appropriate.

  • Testosterone — gel/injection options for women

May be considered when symptoms, history, and clinical evaluation indicate androgen support may be appropriate. Concerns such as reduced desire or sexual wellness should remain clinician-evaluated.

Men

  • Testosterone cypionate / testosterone cream

May be considered for clinically confirmed low testosterone. Some patients seek evaluation because of concerns involving libido, energy, muscle mass or strength, mood, or overall well-being.

  • Enclomiphene

May support the body's own testosterone production in certain men and may be considered as an alternative to direct testosterone replacement in appropriate cases.

  • hCG

May be incorporated into selected male hormone plans depending on goals and clinical evaluation.

  • Anastrozole

May be used selectively for estrogen management within an individualized hormone plan.

Sexual Wellness

  • PT-141

May be considered for certain adults experiencing desire or arousal concerns after clinical evaluation.
