INNRxGlō is an informational and referral-only website. It does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, laboratory services, pharmacy services, medication fulfillment, or emergency services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of INNRGloRX.com and related public webpages operated by I Am She LLC under the INNRxGlō name (collectively, the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Informational and referral-only Website
Website content is general educational and marketing information and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional who knows your circumstances. Your use of the Website does not create a clinician-patient relationship with INNRxGlō, I Am She LLC, Altro, or any clinician.
Do not start, stop, or change medication, supplements, exercise, or treatment based only on information presented on the Website.
3. Altro and independent clinical providers
When you explore care, the Website directs you to Altro, a separate third-party platform and secure clinical environment. Altro, affiliated professional medical groups, independent licensed clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, fulfillment providers, and other third parties provide or support their respective services under their own terms, privacy notices, consent forms, and policies.
INNRxGlō and I Am She LLC do not practice medicine or control a clinician’s independent professional judgment. We do not determine treatment eligibility, diagnosis, prescriptions, dosage, testing requirements, product availability, or pharmacy fulfillment.
4. Do not submit health information here
The Website is not designed or authorized to collect medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, laboratory results, prescriptions, treatment records, insurance information, or other health information. Do not submit such information through this Website, ordinary email, or social media. Use only the secure clinical channel provided through Altro or the applicable provider.
5. No guarantee of eligibility, prescription, or results
Accessing the Website or following a link to Altro does not guarantee a consultation, clinical eligibility, diagnosis, prescription, medication, availability, coverage, reimbursement, delivery date, or outcome. Clinical decisions are made by appropriately licensed providers following individual evaluation. Results vary, and testimonials or examples do not promise your results.
6. Emergencies
The Website is not intended for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on this Website, email, social media, or a routine platform message for urgent assistance.
7. Third-party websites and referral relationships
Links to Altro and other third parties are provided for convenience. INNRxGlō is not responsible for third-party content, systems, privacy, security, products, services, claims, or conduct. We may receive compensation or another business benefit from referrals. Where disclosure is required, we will identify that relationship. Referral arrangements do not alter a clinician’s independent professional duties.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit false information, unlawfully scrape content, or infringe another person’s rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Website and its text, graphics, photographs, logos, brand elements, and layout are owned by or licensed to I Am She LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Website personally and noncommercially. INNRxGlō names and brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.

Website content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Treatments, pricing, availability, eligibility criteria, laws, and third-party services may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNRxGlō, I AM SHE LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS OR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO INNRxGlō FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INNRxGlō, I Am She LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Ramsey County, Minnesota.
15. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Website or business.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

I Am She LLC d/b/a INNRxGlō provides service-related text messages about nonclinical inquiries, wellness resources, and getting started. You may text INNRGLO to request our welcome-form link. Additional service-related SMS consent is collected through the optional checkbox on our welcome form. This program does not send medication promotions, prices, or discount codes by SMS. Email consent is separate. SMS consent is not required to submit a form or receive the welcome email.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; you may receive a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request. Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@innrglorx.com. You can also call 651-478-3232 for nonclinical support.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is for adults age 18 or older. Do not send medical records, symptoms, or other health information by text. SMS is not an emergency service.
