These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of INNRGloRX.com and related public webpages operated by I Am She LLC under the INNRGlo RX name (collectively, the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Informational and referral-only Website
Website content is general educational and marketing information and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional who knows your circumstances. Your use of the Website does not create a clinician-patient relationship with INNRGlo RX, I Am She LLC, Altro, or any clinician.
Do not start, stop, or change medication, supplements, exercise, or treatment based only on information presented on the Website.
3. Altro and independent clinical providers
When you explore care, the Website directs you to Altro, a separate third-party platform and secure clinical environment. Altro, affiliated professional medical groups, independent licensed clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, fulfillment providers, and other third parties provide or support their respective services under their own terms, privacy notices, consent forms, and policies.
INNRGlo RX and I Am She LLC do not practice medicine or control a clinician’s independent professional judgment. We do not determine treatment eligibility, diagnosis, prescriptions, dosage, testing requirements, product availability, or pharmacy fulfillment.
4. Do not submit health information here
The Website is not designed or authorized to collect medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, laboratory results, prescriptions, treatment records, insurance information, or other health information. Do not submit such information through this Website, ordinary email, or social media. Use only the secure clinical channel provided through Altro or the applicable provider.
5. No guarantee of eligibility, prescription, or results
Accessing the Website or following a link to Altro does not guarantee a consultation, clinical eligibility, diagnosis, prescription, medication, availability, coverage, reimbursement, delivery date, or outcome. Clinical decisions are made by appropriately licensed providers following individual evaluation. Results vary, and testimonials or examples do not promise your results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNRGLO RX, I AM SHE LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS OR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO INNRGLO RX FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INNRGlo RX, I Am She LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Ramsey County, Minnesota.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Website or business.

We may update these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
